We offer our guests well-kept rooms, a high-quality breakfast and always a friendly atmosphere.
Wo are we?
We are Cecilia and Laurent, a woman from Ischl and a Frenchman, who left the big city life in Paris in 2010 to live a new adventure!
In 2010 we took over the bed and breakfast from Cecila's grandfather and have been modernizing the house he built in 1974 every year since then. In doing so, we spare no expense or effort and use only high-quality materials.
Our house is located in a quiet, wooded area right by Ischl's local mountain 'Katrin'. Breathe the fresh mountain air and stroll through the Sissi Park on idyllic paths to the Ischler Esplanade, only fifteen minutes away by foot.
As an Austrian-French couple, we welcome you in four different languages thanks to our multicultural background: German, French, English, and Spanish.

We always strive to make Waldesruh a place filled with joy and good thoughts.
We delight in the small things in life, a smile, a kind word, a satisfied guest, often it doesn't take much to brighten a day. For us, Waldesruh is more than just a workplace, it is our focal point and the place where family comes together. With a lot of enthusiasm, we dedicate ourselves daily to new tasks, changes, and challenges.
We also get assistance from our three wonderful boys, Rafael, William, and Jack Louis, who like to help with serving breakfast or help with check-in.
